Mango and Lime Lassi

450g frozen mango, thawed
25ml milk
65g caster sugar
475ml soft-scoop frozen vanilla yogurt
Juice of 4 limes
Lime slices, for garnish
In a blender, combine the mango, milk, sugar, and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Add the lime juice and blend.
Pour into 4 chilled glasses and garnish with fresh lime slices.
