Mango ice tea with gin

1 litre freshly brewed tea, chilled
500ml fresh mango juice, chilled
120ml gin
60 to 120ml simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water heated until sugar dissolves; cool)
Ice cubes, as needed
Fresh mango slices, for garnish
Mint sprigs, for garnish
1) Add the tea, mango juice, gin and simple syrup to a pitcher. Stir and refrigerate until chilled.

2) Serve in glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh mango slices and mint.
