Bloody Mary Oyster Shooters
These spicy salty shooters are a great way to kick things off with a bang!

12 rock oysters
500ml tomato-vegetable juice (recommended: V-8)
1 1/2 lemons, juiced
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp steak sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
Celery leaves and stalk to garnish
Carefully remove the oysters from their shell and place each one in a shot glass.
Make the Bloody Mary mix by mixing the tomato juice with the remaining ingredients. Fill each shot glass with the bloody mary mix. Garnish with celery sprigs.
