Old-fashioned potato salad

6 eggs
4 celery stalks
4.5kg russet potatoes
3 tsp salt
2 tbsp prepared mustard
3 tbsp dill relish
5 tbsp real mayonnaise
Freshly ground black pepper
1) In a medium pan, hard-boil the eggs. Drain and cool, then shell and dice the eggs.

2) Dice the celery stalks, add to the eggs and place to the side.

3) In a large pan boil the whole potatoes until fully cooked. Drain the water, let the potatoes cool and then peel. Place in a large bowl and mash.

4) Add all the remaining ingredients to the potatoes, including the eggs and celery, and mix. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until serving time.
