Organic Banana and Blackberry Yoghurt 'Ice Cream'
1. Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl. Blitz the blackberries, raisins and 2 tbsp of the Greek yoghurt with a hand blender and sift into the bowl.
2. Add the rest of the yoghurt and vanilla extract, mix well.
3. Pour mixture into a freeze-safe container, only fill up to half way of the container.
4. Freeze for 2 hours or until the mixture becomes firm at the edges. Use a fork or electric hand whisk to break down the ice crystals. Return the box to the freezer and freeze for another 1 hours, then repeat the whisking process if require. Freeze overnight and enjoy the next day.
