125ml non-fat plain yoghurt
250g frozen unsweetened peaches
1 tbsp honey, plus more to taste
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch ground nutmeg
Pinch ground ginger
1) Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
