Peanut butter and jam swirled ice cream with vanilla wafers

300g lowfat vanilla ice cream, softened
60ml grape jelly or jam or strawberry preserves
60ml cup smooth peanut butter
8 vanilla wafer cookies
For various toppings, if desired:
Chocolate chips
Chocolate fudge
Mini chocolate sandwiches (recommended: Oreos)
1) In a large bowl combine the ice cream, jam or preserve and the smooth peanut butter. Gently stir to combine, leaving streaks of jam and peanut butter throughout the ice cream.

2) Spoon the mixture into 4 dessert bowls. Garnish each bowl with 2 vanilla wafers and various toppings, as desired.
