Prawns with maryam zaira sauce

240ml good store-bought preferably organic mayonnaise
60ml harissa
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp honey
500g shell-on cooked prawns
1) Mix together the mayonnaise, harissa, lime juice and honey, and put into a bowl for dipping.

2) Arrange the prawns on a plate for people to pluck, peel and dip into the sauce, making sure you have enough in the way of plates or saucers dotted about the place for detritus.
