Raspberry sauce

125g package fresh raspberries
100g granulated granulated sugar
60ml water
340g seedless raspberry jam
1 tbsp framboise liqueur
1) Combine the raspberries, granulated sugar and water in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 4 minutes.

2) Pour the cooked raspberries, jam and framboise liqueur into the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade and process until very smooth. Chill before using.
