Ratatouille with Oregano and Basil

1 sachet of Knorr Gourmet Rustic ratatouille
225g peppers, sliced
175g courgette, sliced
100g broccoli, small florets
1 tbsp vegetable oil
250ml water

Heat oil in large pan or wok and sauté all vegetables for 5 minutes.

Stir contents of pouch into 250ml cold water. Add to pan.

Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
