Roasted banana boats

6 bananas, unpeeled
190g chocolate-hazelnut spread
130g small marshmallows
6 tbsps hazelnuts, toasted, chopped
1) Using a small paring knife, carefully slice the banana peel from top to bottom. Open up the peel like a pocket.

2) Spread the bananas with the chocolate-hazelnut spread, equally divided into six, top each with the marshmallows and sprinkle with the chopped nuts.

3) Gently fold the banana peel back in place, wrap the bananas in aluminium foil and cook over the coals for about 10 minutes.
