Roasted halibut fillets with salsa verde

3 tbsps capers
1 tbsp chopped shallot
3 tbsps chopped parsley leaves
3 tbsps chopped fresh basil leaves
3 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 (100-170g) halibut fillets, roasted using your favorite method
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the halibut. BR>
Spoon some of the salsa over the fish and serve.
