Roasted thick potato crisps

2 large potatoes, scrubbed
85ml extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing potatoes
2 sprigs rosemary, leaves finely chopped
2 tbsps grill seasoning
1) Heat the oven to 250 degrees C.

2) Thinly slice the potatoes lengthwise 0.3cms thick. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on nonstick baking tray. Brush the potatoes with extra-virgin olive oil, rosemary and grill seasoning.

3) Bake potatoes turning once 25 minutes until crisp.

4) Serve immediately.
