50ml Suntory ROKU Gin
15ml sugar syrup
15ml lemon juice
Champagne
1 lemon

1. Pour Suntory ROKU Gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice into a shaker 

2. Fill with ice and shake hard for 15 seconds

3. Strain into a chilled champagne flute 

4. Top up with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist
