ROKU Rhubarb Highball

50ml Suntory ROKU Gin
25ml rhubarb liqueur
15ml lemon juice
150ml soda water
mint

1. Fill a chilled highball glass with ice

2. Add Suntory ROKU Gin, rhubarb liqueur and lemon juice

3. Top up with chilled soda water and gently stir to mix the ingredients

4. Garnish with a few sprigs of mint
