ROKU Tonic with ginger

25ml ROKU Gin
150ml chilled tonic water
6 x fresh ginger matchsticks, to garnish
  1.      Fill a chilled highball glass with ice and add 25ml of Roku gin and half the ginger                              
  2. Top up with chilled tonic water then add more ice if necessary                              
  3. Gently stir to mix the ingredients and garnish with ginger matchsticks
