1 litre freshly squeezed pineapple juice (8-10 pineapples)
1/4 cup freshly squeezed ginger juice
Juice of 1 lemon
1 litre carbonated lemonade
Crushed ice
4 kiwis, peeled and sliced
60g mint leaves (stems attached)
200g fresh small strawberries, quartered (if big then sliced)

1. Juice the pineapple, ginger and lemon into a pyrex and then pour into a jug.

2. When ready to serve. Add the lemonade and mix.

3. In small drinking glass jars on a tray, place the crushed ice, mint, kiwi slices and strawberries. Add some of the juice, then top up with lemonade. Place the straws in.
