For the fizz
For the sloe gin cocktail
Shake the gin and juices over ice and pour in four glasses.
To make the fizz, mix all the powders together and mix well with a whisk or fork. Add a drop of soda water or orange juice quickly and allow to foam. Place a spoon of the chocolate fizz on each of the sloe gin cocktails, and serve.
