Sloppy Joe

1 loaf rye bread
175ml Russian dressing
500g coleslaw
60g corned beef, sliced
4 slices Swiss cheese
60g pastrami, sliced
For the sloppy Joe:
1) Cut the bread down the side to open up like a sub. Hollow out by removing the soft inside. Add half the Russian dressing, half the coleslaw, the corned beef and 2 slices of Swiss cheese.

3) Add the pastrami, the remaining Russian dressing, and 2 more slices of Swiss cheese. Add the remaining coleslaw and close the sandwich.

4) Slice into 3 pieces and use 3 club toothpicks to secure the Sloppy Joe.

A big mouth and a lot of napkins needed!
