4 large marshmallows
1 bar chocolate (Matt uses Hershey's milk chocolate)
8 graham crackers/rich tea biscuits

Skewer the marshmallows on kebab sticks (if you're using wooden skewers, make sure they've been soaked in water overnight). Toast the marshmallows and sandwich between two biscuits, along with a piece of chocolate.
