Sozzled Fruit Ice Cream

397g Carnation Condensed Milk
410g Carnation Evaporated Milk
50ml brandy
100ml water
150g mixed fruit

You will also need a freezer proof container.

Place the Mixed fruit into a small saucepan, pour over the brandy and cover with 100ml of water. Place on a medium heat and cook until most of the liquid has boiled away. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Beat the Carnation Evaporated Milk until light and frothy. In a separate bowl beat the Carnation Condensed Milk until it is fluffy and white. Fold the whipped Carnation Evaporated Milk into the Carnation Condensed Milk and then stir through the cooled mixed fruit.

Pour into a container and place in the freezer. Freeze over night.

Remove from the freezer 5 minutes before serving.
