Spiced Mojito

50ml Morgan's Spiced
15ml demerara sugar syrup
15ml lime juice
12 mint leaves
50-75ml ginger beer

In a glass, bruise the mint leaves with the sugar syrup. Add ice, lime juice and spiced rum. Top up with ginger beer and garnish with extra mint leave.
