Spicy cashews

1 tbsp good olive oil
435g whole unsalted roasted cashews
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1) Place a medium-size frying pan over a medium heat. Add the olive oil and cashews and toss to coat.

2) Add the chilli powder and salt and toss until warmed through. Remove from the heat and serve; the nuts will crisp as they sit.
