Stone crab and whole grain mustard remoulade

1 Tbsp ancho powder
1 Tbsp stone ground mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 dozen Stone Crab claws, cooked

1) Combine mayonnaise, ancho powder, mustard, and lemon juice. Serve as a dip for crab claws.
