Strawberry banana ice pops

1 (90 g) packet instant banana cream pudding mix (recommended: Jell-O)
400 ml milk
225 g sliced strawberries
1 tbsp sugar
1) Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Cook's Note: if you don't have molds, divide the mixture among 8 (140 g) small plastic or paper cups. Cover each with clingfilm and insert a wooden lolly stick through the wrap.
