1 (460g) package smoked sausage
360ml maple syrup
Cut sausage into 2 1/2cm rounds. Place in large skillet over medium heat and add the maple syrup. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve piping hot.

Cook's Note: Sausages can be cooked in a crock-pot on low for 2 hours.
