50g ice
2 tbsp tinned whole cranberries
5g mint leaves
90ml white cranberry juice
1/2 lime, juiced
90ml vodka
1 lime wedge
1 tsp green-coloured sugar (baking section of grocery store)
1) Put the ice in a mixing glass, add the cranberries and mint and muddle. Add in the cranberry juice, lime juice and vodka, and shake vigorously 10 times.
2) Rub the rim of a martini glass with the lime wedge and then dip in green sugar. Strain the drink mixture into the glass, garnish with the lime wedge and serve.
