Tropical fruit smoothie

500ml soy milk or skimmed milk
75g roughly chopped firm tofu
50g frozen roughly chopped papaya
50g frozen roughly chopped pineapple
50g frozen roughly chopped mango
1 tbsp honey, plus more to taste
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1) Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend, pulsing the machine if necessary, until smooth. Make sure the honey is dissolved. Serve immediately.
