Tropical smoothie

1/2 ripe mango, peeled and seeded
1/2 ripe papaya, peeled and seeded
1 ripe banana
60ml freshly squeezed orange juice
125ml skimmed milk
60ml non-fat yogurt
1 tsp good honey
200g ice
1) Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

2) Serve chilled in tall glasses.
