500g ono, cubed
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsps olive oil
2 limes, juiced
2 Hawaiian chilli peppers, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp green onion
1/2 cup chopped ogo
In a mixing bowl, mix the ono with salt and olive oil then add the remaining ingredients.

Serve cold.
