Wasabi-saki-tini

Powdered wasabi
Ice
40ml vodka
40ml sake (if you don't have sake, just add more vodka and pray)
Ginger-stuffed olives (remove pimento and add pickled ginger)
1) Dip a small section of the rim of a chilled martini glass into the powdered wasabi.
2) In a martini shaker, put the ice, vodka and sake and shake vigorously to combine. Pour into the rimmed martini glass and garnish with ginger-stuffed olives.
Cook's Note: This is a great martini drink for bachelor parties, bridal showers, or any occasion. (It's up to you if you go for the wasabi on the side... good luck)
