Hairy Bikers' Mississippi Adventure

Dave Myers and Si King explore the food of the American South. They start in Memphis, Tennessee, where they try iconic Southern dishes: a soul stew and fried chicken.

The bikers head to New Orleans, where they meet blues musician Little Freddie King and share their own take on a traditional, Southern classic - the po' boy sandwich.

The duo follow in the footsteps of music legends and sample traditional Tennessean dishes at a classic diner. Next, they visit Elvis Presley's mansion in Memphis.

Si and Dave visit the hotbed of Cajun culture in Lafayette, Louisiana. There, the bikers sample crawfish and groove at a jam session.

The bikers return to New Orleans, where Simon tries to convince Dave that jazz can be enjoyable. Plus, they cook classic local dishes, including jambalaya and gumbo.

The duo head to Nashville, Tennessee, to learn about the roots of country music. Plus, they cook biscuits and gravy and visit the Grand Ole Opry stage.
