King prawns combine with crunchy greens in a subtle coconut and poppy seeds.

Method
In a pan or wok heat the vegetable oil and cook the king prawns until they start changing colour.
Add the asparagus, broccoli and mange tout and toss for 1-2 minutes before stirring through the Patak’s Bengali Coconut Indian Stir Fry sachet. Heat through for a further 2-3 minutes.
Serve with basmati rice or naan bread.
