We adore this ice cream recipe - so easy you could almost make it with your eyes shut! So creamy, smooth and undeniably delicious... no stablisers, preservatives or anything weird.. try it this week you won't regret it!

Method

  1. Beat the cream to soft peaks then add the condensed milk and vanilla and beat again to soft peaks. 
  2. Pour the ice cream into a freezable container. Freeze until solid (about 3-4 hours or overnight). 
  3. When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and allow to soften for 10-15 minutes.
