The soft cheese and crunchy peppers pair with the flavours of Indian 5 spices in this Achaari Paneer stir fry.

Method
- Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok. Fry the paneer for a few minutes or until light golden brown.
- Add the red onion, green, yellow and red peppers and toss for 2 minutes. Stir in the Patak’s Punjabi 5 Spice Indian Stir Fry sachet and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot with either basmati rice, or naan and a green salad.
