Method

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok. Fry the paneer for a few minutes or until light golden brown.
  2. Add the red onion, green, yellow and red peppers and toss for 2 minutes. Stir in the Patak’s Punjabi 5 Spice Indian Stir Fry sachet and fry for 2-3 minutes. 
  3. Serve hot with either basmati rice, or naan and a green salad.
