Paula's laula luau coconut pie
Paula Deen's exotic pie is filled with shredded coconut and baked until golden.

1) Preheat the oven to 180C/Gas 4.
2) In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, flour, sugar, shredded coconut and coconut milk.
3) Pour the mixture into the pie shell. Bake until firm, about 45 to 60 minutes.
