For the salad:
1) Core, then cut the tomatoes into wedges and put them into a large bowl. Toss with the dressing and serve.

For the dressing:
1) Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

2) Any leftover dressing will keep well in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days in an airtight container.
