Almond Satay Dip with Flat Breads and Veg
Suitable for vegans and those following a gluten-free diet, flatbreads and a platter of veg make the perfect accompaniment to this smooth satay dip.

Method
- Mix and mash all the ingredients together in a bowl until it’s smooth and reaches a dippable consistency (or whizz with a blender). Add a little more almond milk if it seems too thick.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with tangerine and lime zest and a pinch of chilli flakes.
