Chocolate raspberry fizz: Christmas special

1) In a pint glass, crush the raspberries. Add the chocolate and hazelnut liqueurs and crush again. Add the stout beer and then pour into a champagne flute.
2) Pour champagne or sparkling wine over the back of a spoon into the glass to top off the drink. Garnish the rim with a fresh raspberry.
