Method

1) Soak the berries in the liqueur for 20 minutes.

2) Melt the chocolate with the cream and salt over low heat until smooth and combined.

3) Remove the berries to two dessert bowls with a slotted spoon. Drown the drunken berries in the chocolate river, top with mounds of whipped cream and garnish with the orange zest and chocolate shavings.
