Method

1) In a large Dutch oven or deep fryer, pour oil to a depth of 2.5cm and heat over medium-high heat to 176C.

2) Wash potatoes and pat dry. Cut each potato crosswise into 0.3cm thick slices.

3) Fry potatoes, in batches, 4-6 minutes, or until golden. Drain on paper towels then sprinkle with seasoned salt. Serve immediately.
