Method
Fill a medium sized jug with Oolong ice cubes.
Add the Tanqueray gin, maraschino liqueur, Antica Formula and bitters to the ice and stir for 1 ½ minutes.
Drain the ice, and pour into two chilled Martini glasses and top with discs of orange peel.
Note: Oolong ice cubes are made from diluting Oolong tea and freezing.
