This is the perfect gift for friends and family.
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
In a large bowl, combine the nuts. Line a large baking tray with buttered greaseproof paper.
Melt the butter for the sweet coating in a large frying pan. Add the honey and sugar and cook until the sugar has melted. Add half the nuts and stir to coat. Pour the mixture into the lined tin and roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the butter for the spicy coating in a large frying pan. Add the remaining nuts and stir to coat. Saute in the pan, moving all the time until lightly toasted. Add the chilli and coriander powder and remove from the heat. Set aside to cool.
Remove the honey nuts from the oven and allow to cool. Once warm, separate the nuts so they're not sticking together. Leave to cool completely then combine with the spicy nuts and fill into Kilner jars ready for gifting or snacking.
