Special equipment: a letter cookie cutter
- Tint the sandwich spread with plant-based food colouring, if desired. Cover 1 piece of bread with the sandwich spread.
- Use a letter cookie cutter to cut out the shape in the middle of the second piece of bread. Place the cut-out piece of bread over the spread so the cut-out letter is on top.
