Method

1) Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Rub dry mix into steak with hands, making sure to coat both sides thoroughly. Pour oil over steaks, massaging onto the steak with hands. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Bring steaks to room temperature before grilling. grill steaks for approximately 10 minutes on each side or until preferred doneness.
