1) Heat the oven to 250 degrees C.
2) Thinly slice the potatoes lengthwise 0.3cms thick. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on nonstick baking tray. Brush the potatoes with extra-virgin olive oil, rosemary and grill seasoning.
