With the surge in early nights and active lifestyles, breakfast has become the new brunch. Why wait until the early noon for a feast of perfectly poached eggs and a pastry? By that time our stomachs are growling ferociously. An AM assembly looks to be the rendezvous of 2026 and as such, the Pavyllon London (Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane) is redefining morning dining with the launch of the capital’s first-ever Michelin-starred breakfast tasting menu.

The menu has been created by Executive Chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell under the guidance of Chef Yannick Alléno, with seventeen Michelin-stars. The five-course gastronomic experience will be served every weekend starting from January the 10th at the Pavyllon's elegant counter, where you can watch the Michelin-starred team in action, placing guests at the heart of the kitchen’s morning theatre.
The experience is priced at £70 per person, and includes a tea or coffee. The magic begins with a bespoke amuse-juice and a seasonal bakery creation from Executive Pastry Chef Francesco Mannino. Guests then select from delicately spiced Chai Pudding with Mango or Seasonal Granola with Berries, before the menu’s main event. The difficult choice is between Pavyllon's Weekly Chef's Special - a weekly-changing breakfast signature with previous creations including the ‘Heart of Italy’ (a pan-fried pizza with tomato and burrata), ‘Turkish Eggs’ and the viral ‘Tiramisu Pancakes’ - or the indulgent classic Eggs Royale. For an extradash of opulence, Caviar Oscietra is available to add-on at £5/g.
The tasting concludes with the restaurant’s much-loved French Toast, served family-style, before guests depart with a gift of ‘Les Chocolats de Yannick Alléno’, a gastronomic delight made with birch bark extract for a slice of Michelin-starred magic to take home.
As with any great tasting menu, the experience can be enhanced and altered to your needs. An optional drinks pairing is available and for £20, guests can receive four thoughtfully curated serves from juices, teas and seasonal mocktails. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.
The breakfast tasing menu is available at weekends from 10th January, served from 6.30am on Saturdays and from 7am Sundays, until 10.30am. A Michelin morning awaits.
