Cook's Note:
Each serving requires 30ml each of tequila (the white part), lime juice (the green part) and sangrita (the red part). The sangrita part of this recipe will make enough for 14 (30 ml) shots and can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- The White Part: fill tequila shot glasses with tequila.
- The Green Part: fill tequila shot glasses with lime juice.
- The Red Part: put all of the ingredients for the sangrita in a blender and process until smooth. Fill tequila shot glasses with sangrita.
- Each guest is served 1 shot of each part or colour to sip.
