Method

  1. In a small bowl, soak the rice, 250ml of the water and the cinnamon for 30 mins. 
  2.  Add to blender and liquefy for 3 minutes. In a large container, mix the blended rice, the remaining 1.25L of water, the vanilla, sugar and condensed milk.
  3.  Stir and serve over ice.
