Ingredients
Method
Sieve the flour, yeast and sugar into a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the centre and slowly add the Carnation Cook with it! mixing until a soft dough is formed. Tip onto a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic. (Alternatively use a dough hook fitting on an electronic mixer.)
Cover the dough and allow to proof in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled in size. Gently kneed to knock out the air and cut into 20 small balls.
Cut the Herta Frankfurters in half. Roll each dough ball until it is long and thin and then wrap around each Herta Frankfurter, leaving a space for the mummy’s face. Place on the baking trays and leave to rest for another 30 minutes.
Brush the dough with Carnation Cook With It! and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven and use the mustard to make the faces and bring the mummies to life.
